Channels may change, be replaced, or removed at any time.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

2.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and device login information.

2.2 Device Limits

Subscriptions must be used on the allowed number of devices. Using more devices than permitted may lead to suspension.

2.3 Misuse

Any hacking, sharing accounts, restreaming, or illegal redistribution results in immediate termination without refund.

3. Payments & Billing

3.1 Accepted Payments

We accept payments through trusted third-party providers. TVNADO does not store full credit card details.

3.2 All Sales Are Final

Because IPTV is a digital service, all sales are final.
Refunds are only granted in special cases (see Section 7).

4. IPTV Content Disclaimer

TVNADO does not host any content.
We provide IPTV service and access, not ownership of channels, movies, or streams.

All content is sourced from third-party providers.
We have no control over:

  • Channel changes
  • Copyright issues

We are not responsible for any copyrighted material streamed through the service.

5. User Obligations

By using TVNADO, you agree to:

  • Not restream or share the service
  • Not use VPNs to bypass restrictions unless permitted
  • Not modify or hack playlists
  • Not use the service for commercial use unless authorized
  • Respect copyright laws applicable in your country

Failure to follow these rules may result in account termination.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Improve or change playlists
  • Update DNS or server addresses
  • Suspend services for maintenance

Without prior notice when needed.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only when:

  • The subscription cannot be activated
  • The service fails completely and cannot be fixed
  • Duplicate payments were made by mistake

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Poor internet connection
  • Device incompatibility
  • Channel changes
  • Customer misuse
  • Expired or used services

  • Device damage
  • Internet issues
  • Legal issues related to IPTV usage
  • Third-party app problems (Smarters, XCIPTV, etc.)
  • Losses resulting from downtime

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, and text on tvnado.cc belong to TVNADO.
You may not copy or reproduce any content without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the service
  • You perform fraudulent activities

Terminated accounts do not qualify for refunds.
