DMCA Policy – TVNADO IPTV

TVNADO (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of tvnado.cc and our IPTV services to do the same. This DMCA Policy describes how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Copyright Infringement Notification (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that any content available through TVNADO infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Notice.
Your notice must include the following information as required by law:

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

2. How TVNADO Responds to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice:

  • We will review the complaint.
  • We may remove or disable access to the infringing content.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated violations.
  • We may notify the affected user or customer about the complaint.

We are not obligated to mediate disputes between users and copyright holders.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification.
Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your electronic or physical signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact information.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local court and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

TVNADO has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers.
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in multiple DMCA violations.
